About us.
The Point is a weekly community café. We operate on a pay-what-you-like basis, making it accessible to all. Expect delicious homemade cakes, friendly faces, and an atmosphere that feels like home.
The café is open every Tuesday 11am - 1pm and all ages are welcome.
Our ethos.
Our aim is simple: Good Coffee, Good Company, and Good News. This is more than just a café; it’s a warm and welcoming space where everyone belongs. Whether you’re after a quiet moment with a good coffee, a catch-up with friends, or a cosy spot to relax, The Point is here for you.
Food & drink.
Most of the food served is made from scratch by the lovely volunteers who run the café. We're very fortunate to have some excellent bakers producing cakes and bakes with a delicious homemade taste. We offer a selection of teas and coffee, cold soft drinks and snacks.
