Youth & Children

Children are welcome at St Peter's!

We want to help your family have fun and feel comfortable at church.

We value young people of all ages as an integral part of our community.

We'd rather have the noise and mess that comes with children than not have them around!

Sundays - the 11am

Everyone is welcome to come along from 10.30 am for refreshments, and there are always activities available for children at this time. As you’ll see from the schedule below, young and old join together once a month, but for the other Sundays there is a dedicated group for all school-age children.

Additionally, we're excited that a supervised creche area for preschoolers will be available soon and we are currently preparing to provide a regular space for our older young people to explore their faith in more depth.

St. Peter’s Youth (SPY)

At St. Peter’s, we’re passionate about creating a space where young people can connect, have fun, and grow in their faith.

Currently, SPY meets socially on an ad hoc basis, and we’ve had some fantastic times together – from enjoying ice cream at Flavours in town to a lively evening of Wii games, great food, and quizzing Mike, our new curate.

As we look to the future, we’re excited to expand our youth activities and would love to hear from you! Whether you’re a young person eager to join in or someone with a heart for supporting youth work, there’s a place for you at SPY.
